A God-birthed, Christ-centered initiative

What God placed within you is needed for the Kingdom of God.

Seasoned Women of Faith exists to activate what God has already placed within women through restoration, discipleship, and generational alignment.

For the building up of the body of ChristEphesians 4:12

You are not forgotten.

You are not beyond purpose.

God is still calling forth what He placed within you.

The heart of the ministry

Restoration. Discipleship. Generational alignment.

Seasoned Women of Faith is a God-birthed initiative with a two-fold purpose centered on restoration, discipleship, and generational alignment among women of faith.

At its core, SWOF exists to activate what God has already placed within women, both those who feel overlooked by time and those who are still finding their footing. Through healing, biblical teaching, discernment, and intentional community, women are equipped to recognize, strengthen, and bring forth what God has entrusted to them for the building up of the body of Christ.

Anchored in Ephesians 4:12–16

Our formation process

Restoration that prepares women for faithful service.

We make room for women to do deeper work with Christ, grow in wisdom, and respond faithfully to what He reveals.

01

Healing

Bring unresolved pain before the Lord with honesty, wisdom, prayer, and proper boundaries.

02

Discipleship

Grow in biblical understanding, spiritual maturity, and the discernment required to walk faithfully.

03

Alignment

Recognize what God placed within you and take your next obedient step toward purpose and service.

A two-fold purpose

Reawakening purpose. Building a generational bridge.

“Seasoned” is not determined solely by age, but also by faith, experience, surrender, and transition. The defining filter is readiness.

01 · Reawakening

For women who thought their most meaningful season had passed.

SWOF helps women rediscover spiritual identity, reignite vision, and discern where God is calling them now. The emphasis is alignment and readiness, not performance.

Kingdom empowerment and faithful deployment
02 · Generational discipleship

For wisdom that was always meant to be shared.

SWOF creates pathways for mature women to share lived faith and hard-won wisdom while helping younger women grow in discernment, boundaries, leadership, and calling clarity.

Spiritual maturity and wise equipping

The vision

Healed, mature, and discerning women walking confidently in their God-given calling.

Women strengthening the body of Christ through healthy relationships, generational discipleship, and faithful service in their communities and beyond.

Readiness, not age

This is for women who are ready to respond to what God is calling forth.

  • You are navigating a transition or recovering your identity.
  • You are discerning your purpose or entering a new season of obedience.
  • You are emotionally and spiritually mature enough to engage the work with honesty, surrender, and readiness.

What grounds us

Biblical truth before trends, personality, or emotional hype.

Our work is Christ-centered, Spirit-led, and accountable to Scripture. These convictions shape how we teach, serve, pray, and care for women.

The Bible

We believe the Holy Bible is the inspired, infallible, and authoritative Word of God and the final authority for doctrine and life.

2 Timothy 3:16; 2 Peter 1:20–21
The Triune God

We believe in one God, eternally existent in three coequal and co-eternal persons: Father, Son, and Holy Spirit.

Matthew 3:16–17; 28:19
Jesus Christ

We believe Jesus Christ is fully God and fully man, born of a virgin, sinless in life, crucified for our sins, physically resurrected, ascended to the Father, and returning in power and glory.

John 1:1, 14; 1 Corinthians 15:3–4
Salvation & Sanctification

We believe salvation is received through repentance and faith in the finished work of Jesus Christ, and that believers are continually formed into His character through Scripture and the Holy Spirit.

Acts 3:19; Romans 10:9–10; 2 Corinthians 3:18
The Holy Spirit

We believe in the baptism, present ministry, and gifts of the Holy Spirit, given to empower believers and build up the Church in harmony with Scripture.

Acts 1:8; 1 Corinthians 12:1–31
The Church

We believe the Church is the Body of Christ, called to spiritual unity and the Great Commission. We affirm water baptism, the Lord’s Supper, biblical marriage, and the continuing work of five-fold ministry.

Ephesians 1:22–23; 4:11–13; Matthew 28:19
Healing & Deliverance

We believe God still heals and that, through Christ, believers can receive freedom from demonic influence, unclean spirits, and spiritual bondage.

James 5:14–16; Mark 16:17–18
Eternity

We believe in Christ’s return, the resurrection of the saved and the lost, eternal life with God for believers, eternal judgment, and the promised gathering of the Body of Christ.

1 Thessalonians 4:16–17; Revelation 20:11–15

Care with clarity

Support that strengthens the local church, not something parallel to it.

SWOF offers Christ-centered discipleship and relational support within wise, accountable boundaries. When a woman needs pastoral or professional care, we honor that need and point her toward appropriate support.

Founder & primary facilitator

Meet the Founder

Ebony is the founder and primary facilitator of Seasoned Women of Faith, a Christ-centered formation initiative for women navigating transition, identity recovery, and the discernment of purpose.

The ministry rests on a settled conviction: what God has placed within a woman is neither dormant nor expired, and readiness, not age, is what marks her as seasoned. Anchored in Ephesians 4:12–16, Seasoned Women of Faith serves as a spiritual midwife to women carrying God-given purpose, helping them recognize what the Lord has entrusted to them, strengthen what has been neglected or delayed, and bring it forth for the building up of the body of Christ.

A non-denominational believer, Ebony accepted Christ at seventeen and answered the call to ministry at twenty-four. She brings a practitioner's discipline to the work of formation. Her background in administrative leadership and human resources gives the ministry its structure: clear frameworks, sustainable systems, and formation built to last rather than to inspire for a moment. Under her leadership, the ministry moves along a twofold purpose. It re-awakens seasoned women who have come to believe their most meaningful season has passed, and it forms a generational bridge through which lived faith and hard-won wisdom can be passed to younger women.

Her voice holds sobriety and hope together, authority and compassion. She meets women where the wounds are real, points them continually to Christ as the source of healing, and refuses to rush anyone past what still needs care. Ebony serves under spiritual covering at The Fresh Church in Dania Beach, Florida, under the leadership of Pastors Joey and Sonja Foster, and the work she leads is built not to draw women away but to return them, strengthened, to the life and leadership of the local church.

Connect with SWOF

Between the gatherings

The Sister Circle

The Sister Circle is the continuing relational community of Seasoned Women of Faith. It gives women space to remain encouraged, continue meaningful conversations, share prayer needs, and strengthen the Christ-centered relationships begun through SWOF.

This is not another assignment or another place to perform. It is an invitation to stay connected, walk alongside other women of faith, and remember that we were never meant to do life with Christ in isolation.

The public SWOF community

Stay connected to Seasoned Women of Faith.

The general Seasoned Women of Faith Facebook page is the public-facing home for ministry news, biblical encouragement, event announcements, and resources. It is a welcoming place for women who want to learn more about SWOF, stay informed about upcoming opportunities, and follow what God is building through the ministry.

Follow the page to stay connected and share Seasoned Women of Faith with others. The Sister Circle remains the more personal, between-gatherings community for women who have attended a SWOF event.
